  • Truth About Ivermectin

I would like to address everyone's current obsession with Ivermectin because it keeps popping up like it's a miracle when it is another poison that hijacks cell functions. I don't have all the information just more than many and continually growing. First and foremost what people call COVID-19 is electromagnetic radiation poisoning interacting with graphene oxide and nano-tech activated using a low frequency sound weapon because viruses are fictional. Their existence has failed to be proven over and over again by doctors and scientists for 100s of years. Mostly because even due to his own admission Louis Pasteur forged his "discoveries" because he wanted to be famous. Modern germ theory is still structured around his FALSE and FORGED "results." Moving on Ivermectin is the bacteria Streptomyces avermictilis synthesized in a lab to be what is classified as an "aggressive" bacteria. Streptomyces avermictilis before it is synthesized to be more aggressive is a common and deadly bacterial strain constantly being sterilized against in hospitals, nursing homes, etc which causes pneumonia, respiratory failure, confusion, tremors and death. Streptomyces avermictilis is often found in buildings with severe water damage resulting in pneumonia, respiratory issues and even death to anyone living or working in or around these structures. Though technically a bacteria Streptomyces avermictilis produces more like a fungus producing and spreading fungi looking conical spores. Ivermectin is a more concentrated deadlier "more aggressive" form of Streptomyces avermictilis synthesized in a lab by pharmaceutical companies who are known for producing poisons under the branding of "medicine" that are known to have less medical benefits than the harm they cause to the physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual bodies. Ivermectin/ Streptomyces avermictilis is a deadly bacteria used to kill certain parasites, however, FAILS to kill and expel parasite larvae. This means when you stop taking it the parasites come back so you have to keep taking it so they kill new cycles of parasites and so on and so forth perpetually. And of course this doesn't address why you have parasites so you continue doing and eating the same things you've always done taking your daily ivermectin as it makes you sicker and sicker. You can look forward to vomiting, nausea, seizures, low blood pressure, decreased consciousness, confusion, hallucinations, drowsiness, tremors, rapid breathing, pneumonia, respiratory failure, death. More food for thought: harmful bacteria and fungi are unable to live and reproduce in an oxygen rich environment and though Streptomyces avermictilis does not increase oxygen levels in blood. So, what does it do? It binds to our cell's glutamate ion chambers hijacking their function. Normal glutamate ion chambers functions include but are not limited to: regulating positive and negative ions, production of glutathione and other essential amino acids for cell function and reproduction as well as allowing minerals in and waste out to controlling locomotion, feeding and mediating sensory inputs into behavior. In summation Ivermectin is a pHARMaceutical DRUG synthesized from a deadly bacteria that prevents your cells from reproducing, controls your behavior, causes pnemonia, respiratory failure and death. Ivermectin FAILS to raise oxygen levels in blood, FAILS to kill and expel parasite larvae, FAILS to protect or prevent pnemonia and/or respiratory failure. WE HAVE SO MANY CHOICES THAT COST PENNIES!!!! 1) Essential oil of the gum acacia tree taken orally once a week kills parasites and larvae as well as raising blood oxygen levels, increasing collagen production, decreasing inflammation, anti-aging, increased flexibility and on and on with side effects of tasting like pine sol. 2) Hydrogen peroxide therapy increases oxygen levels in the blood boosting your immunological library to fight off harmful bacteria, fungi, etc. Also, use daily sprayed deep into the lungs. We mix 3% of a 35% food grade safe hydrogen peroxide with 97% purified water in a travel size spray bottle. One by the bathroom sink and one in my purse. 3) Zinc gluconate is the most powerful and efficient antibiotic everyone can afford. There are different kinds of zinc and it is zinc gluconate that is produced by glutamate ion chambers that is the BEST cheap antibiotic. Most doctors and natropaths recommend less than our bodies need daily and infections require 500-5,000mg a day depending on the severity. 4) Treat the cause: electromagnetic radiation poisoning is effectively treated with turmeric and cilantro. There are so many other natural, safe and effective CURES. Streptomyces avermictilis is a harmful bacteria. I get asked all the time why so many humans who have used ivermectin say it works or that they've used ivermectin and it totally got rid of their covid. Did you feel better after taking ivermectin? Yeah, probably. If you are a human who has ever eaten meat in your life you have parasites. If you have ever eaten fast food in your life you have parasites. If you have ever eaten processed food in your life. I can go on and I think you get the point. Ivermectin kills these parasites giving temporary relief of symptoms though it FAILS to kill the larvae. This means when the larvae hatches two weeks later you've got a whole new generation of parasites. Share this information! • NotCo Milk is Poison

Dr. AvatarNirvana says... After taking a look at Notco several things became very apparent to me. Apparently, people are under the idea that making vegan, GMO free, plant based milk is hard and labor intensive. It takes 10 minutes and requires 2 ingredients, a blender and an old t-shirt. Seriously, it's that easy and I will include not 1 but 2 recipes for free at the bottom of this post. That's right, you can be drinking rich and creamy home made oat milk in 10 minutes for pennies and save the nearly $5+ a half gallon. Additionally, I don't trust this company because they are based out of Chile which though a lovely country, is also known for its shady food/food corporation practices. Just looking at the ingredients of their milk products I'm like why is this so long? Why do they need to add in nutrients if they're using organic GMO free plants? Why are they creating food in a lab instead of in the garden? The questions snowball from there... Then I look at the money... Bezos is one of their biggest investors so that sets off alarm bells... Looks like they went from really small to raising over $1.5 billion dollars in the last 2 years without releasing any new products. Where's all this money? Why do we need to reinvent the wheel? Humans don't need that much protein... One serving of this milk is all the daily protein an average human adult requires. Anything more starts to damage the body and sunflower oil is the second ingredient... Eek... Sunflower oil is full of antioxidants and other good vitamins and minerals which sounds really good buuuuut it's also really high in omega-6 and that's where things get a little tricky. One of the reasons it's high in omega-6 is because the seed oil is heated during processing which in seed oils fragile molecular chains loose omega-3s in the heating process and it's omega-3 that has all the really good fats, minerals and antioxidants. See omega-6 goes together with omega-3 and omega-3s are so good for us. So, high amounts of omega-6 cause inflammation and decrease magnesium and other trace minerals which is what leads to almost ALL of what we call "DISEASE," however, small amounts of omega-6 in the correct ratio to omega-3 give us lots of antioxidants and are found in this correct ratio in nature in many of the WHOLE foods we eat. The healthy ratio that occurs in WHOLE plants and seafood is 4:1 that's 4 times the amount of omega-3 for every serving of omega-6. Most humans are getting a ratio of 15:1 as in 15 servings of omega-6 for every 1 serving of omega-3. This is one of the reasons humans are so sick. You are getting sick from your food! Gluten, processed foods, fast food, meat, pasteurized and ultra pasteurized dairy, sugar, corn oil sunflower oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, grapeseed oil, walnut oil, margarine, shortening, lard, peanut oil, crop dusting and some heating can strip omega-3s leaving only omega-6s. My conclusion: This is an unnecessary product at best. A solution for a problem that didn't exist. At worst this is another piece in the technocrats corporate takeover to control more of our food and distancing us further from nutrition by further mystifying and over complicating something that is really very very simple. This doctor will not consume this, purchase this or support this product or brand in anyway. The level of omega-6s are dangerous and I don't trust the source or the funding RECIPE ONE: Oat Milk: gluten free, vegan, nut free, GMO free, organic Keeps in refrigerator 4-6 days Ingredients: 1:4 ratio 1 cup whole grain gluten free oats 4 cups whole food water Pinch Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp real vanilla extract (optional) 4 tbsp organic maple syrup (optional) 2 tbsp raw cacao powder (optional) 1/2 cup berries (optional) Directions: 1) Put everything in blender 2) Blend until milky 3) adjust sweetener or additives to taste for regular/unsweetened, vanilla unsweetened, vanilla sweetened, chocolate, dark chocolate, berry and chocolate berry easy plant based milks 4) Pour contents of blender through an old t-shirt without dye or image or cheesecloth or tights or nylons. This step is to sieve out the big chunks leaving you with yummy, smooth and easy milk alternative * Doctor/Chef Hack: for creamier milk let oats soak for 10 to 30 minutes RECIPE TWO: Almond Milk: vegan, gluten free, GMO free, organic Keeps in refrigerator 4-6 days Ingredients: 1:5 ratio 1 cup raw almonds (soaked in cold water overnight)* 5 cups whole food water Pinch Himalayan pink salt 2 tsp real vanilla extract (optional) 4 tbsp organic maple syrup (optional) 4 tbsp raw cacao powder (optional; extra 1 to 2 tbsp for dark chocolate) 2/3 cup raw berries (optional) Directions: 1) Strain raw almonds soaked in cold water overnight 2) Put everything in blender 3) Blend until milky 4) adjust sweetener or additives to taste for regular/unsweetened, vanilla unsweetened, vanilla sweetened, chocolate, dark chocolate, berry and chocolate berry easy plant based milks 5) Pour contents of blender through an old t-shirt without dye or image or cheesecloth or tights or nylons. This step is to sieve out the big chunks leaving you with yummy, smooth and easy milk alternative * Doctor/Chef Hack: for creamier milk let almonds soak longer or in less water or let almonds soak overnight in almond milk or all of these suggestions for the creamiest nut milk. • Migraine Aura, Migraines, Cluster Headaches, Headaches

Migraine aura, migraines and headaches in general are caused by vasoconstriction. Vasoconstriction can also be caused by misalignment and/or build up of synovial fluid. Easily treated with adjustments from a competent and ethical chiropractor. Vasoconstriction is caused by many things and always includes low levels of trace minerals especially magnesium and depleted blood oxygen levels. These are so common almost every human on the planet has depleted trace minerals and oxygen. If you have ever eaten anything GMO in your life, eaten processed food, eaten more than 4-6gr of protein a day, drank bottled water, ever used a cell phone and on and on your trace minerals are depleted. First it's important to understand the amount of trace minerals our bodies need a day for cellular health, reproduction, etc is much higher than what doctors are taught. Why? Because they are taught by institutions run by pharmaceutical companies who "educate" doctors to make us and keep us sick and impair our body's ability to heal itself. Ok, cool history lesson Dr. Avatar and let's treat the symptoms to give you relief, treat the cause so you are liberated from disorienting life crippling migraines and the plan for a migraine free life. RELIEF: When you feel the sensory warnings of a migraine spray nitric oxide blend spray as instructed on bottle followed by 1/4 teaspoon of coral calcium in one of the smoothie recipes we are sending you followed by 20 minute biophoton treatment and ALWAYS deep slow diaphragm breathing. TREATMENT: Everyday for 90 days: 1) Nitric Oxide capsules (6,000mg L-Citralline with 3,000mg L-Argine) 2) 200mg Magnesium 3) 100mg Zinc Gluconate broken up with 2 meals. 4) 1/4 tsp Coral Calcium in smoothie (recipes provided). 5) 504mg Combination Potassium broken up with 3 meals. 6) Biophoton Treatment 20 minutes a day every other day. BioPhotonLight.com 7) Gratitude Journal write in it everyday incorporated into your getting ready for bed routine. PLAN: Raise blood oxygen levels and some lifestyle changes to prevent vasoconstriction. 1) EAT RAW incorporate raw foods into your nutrition everyday with lots of fruits and vegetables. As simple as it sounds this "cures" everything by nourishing your body with everything it needs and creating an environment where "diseases" and "conditions" are unable to form and reproduce. 2) Essential oil of gum acacia tree (turpentine) with sugar cube for 5 weeks followed by 1 day Liver Flush. 3) For at least 90 days: Avoid gluten, avoid processed sugars (a list of healthy sugars can be provided), avoid pasteurized and ultra pasteurized ANYTHING, avoid meat, avoid ALL animal products, avoid processed foods, avoid seed oils. It takes 6 weeks to detox your body from sugar and artificial sweeteners, 90 days to detox from gluten, 4-6 months to detox protein saturation and up to 7 years to repair cellular damage caused by ultra-pasteurization, processed foods, protein saturation and deadly sugars and gluten. 4) Lymphatic Stimulation: this is of course the biophotonlight.com modality as well as PMS (pressure, massage, stroke), rebounding, aromatherapy and abstaining from lymphatic restrictive garments i.e. bras with underwire and/or thin straps or any garment that applies pressure under your armpits, underwear, unnatural fibers like polyester and all it's many names, hard topped shoes, etc. 5) Breathing exercises and simply deep breathing and slowing down. 6) Stretching and low impact timed pulse isometrics preferably with B3 Sciences bands. 7) Hydrogen peroxide therapy (directions can be provided) 8) Use Spices, Herbs and Seeds EVERYDAY like black pepper, cardamom, cayenne, tumeric, ginger, cinnamon, gingko biloba, garlic, onion, rosemary, flax seeds and ashwagandha. Banana Split

  • Morning Banana Split A Banana Split for breakfast?!? Yes, you read that correctly you and your kids can enjoy dessert for breakfast or anytime of the day really. This decadent Banana Split is full of super foods, antioxidants, 18 of our 22 amino acids and all 9 essential acids, potassium, magnesium, manganese, calcium, zinc, all trace minerals, lots of omega-3, all our B vitamins as well as A, C, D, E & K while boosting yours and your children’s immunological libraries, improving cognition, verbal fluency, logic, deductive reasoning, math skills, focus, neural communication and wound healing as well as balancing hormones including lowering adrenaline and cortisol while increasing endorphins, dopamine and anandamide, improving skin, heart, kidneys, liver, eyes, digestion, brain, bladder, lungs, teeth, reproductive organs, increase blood flow to brain, strengthen bone density, heal damaged brain cells and neuron tissue and detox heavy metals as well as being anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial all while improving insulin sensitivity, regulating blood sugar and loosing weight to give you and your children steady energy from healthy whole foods all day long.

MORNING BANANA SPLIT Can a Banana Split really do all that? Yes, yes it can and so much more like boosting collagen production, preventing cancer, reversing the effects of tobacco smoke, regulating ph levels and reducing belly fat just to name a few reasons why all of these ingredients should be staples in your kitchen. When we think about “health food” we often think about how we’re going to restrict, limit or otherwise punish ourselves for our health blah blah blah eat food that tastes bland like cardboard covered in despair because we have to blah blah blah… I completely reject this line of thinking. We encourage you to eat more frequently and eat more calories as often as you want whenever you feel hungry, we encourage you to eat pizza, pasta, bread, ice cream and cake and you “reward” yourself everyday with delicious decadent dishes just with different ingredients. We’ve been taught cancer is a death sentence and gluten is part of a balanced diet when the opposite is true. Gluten will kill you, cancer is the cure and food is our medicine. Healthy food is delicious and makes us feel good elevating our frequencies to be in harmony with creation. As a doctor, naturopath, nutritionist, healer and chef every dish from my kitchen to yours is a work of art that sparks your imagination and engages your senses while healing and strengthening your body without sacrificing taste. I developed this Morning Banana Split recipe during a plague of bananas that once overtook a small Costa Rican beach hamlet I once lived. This crazy Cuban stole a pickup’s worth of bananas from an overturned abandoned Dole truck and gave everyone in our town huge bunches of bananas. This gift started with lots of tasty banana waffles and tropical smoothies until months passed, our town was still overrun with bananas and we were all sick of them. We got creative with mixed results. Banana “fries” were pretty popular-ish for a hot minute although the grilled mahi-mahi stuffed with banana slices much less so. When everyone else went savory I felt inspired to load up a classic banana split with a bunch of healthy ingredients. I love the contrast of textures and balance of sweet and salty and lots of fresh fruit. The first time I made this dish I had a bunch of fresh pineapple, papaya, guava and passion fruit which made an equally delicious though very different banana split experience. Often I use whatever whole organic fruits are ripening in my garden or gifted to me other humans with abundance in their gardens. Regardless of the fruits I’m using, every time I start to prepare this dish my mouth begins to water. Every bite feels like an indulgence. As a lifelong granola lover I was frustrated to only find granola with wheat flour or some other from of gluten at the time especially since it fails to enrich the granola in anyway. It is simply added as a dangerous cheap filler added to most prepared foods as a way to cut costs at the price of your health and the health of your children. As I began my gluten free baking odyssey this Granola recipe was my first. It was so easy to make, so easy to adapt and so tasty. From this base I can substitute or add more nuts, swap out the maple syrup for raw honey, add chocolate, sea salt, dehydrated fruit, dried fruit or swap out the coconut sugar for date sugar, evaporated cane sugar or monk fruit sugar. It also felt better and I kept finding delicious uses like Banana Split, yogurt, parfait, ice cream with Almond, Soy, Oat or Coconut milk, as a healthy slightly sweet snack or anywhere I want to add a little crunch. When I eat this granola I feel lighter, energetic and more focused and this recipe gave me the confidence to continue to create healthy dishes that make you ask, “This is good for me?” Let’s prepare some food… UTENSILS INGREDIENTS Large mixing bowl 3 cups Whole Grain Gluten Free Organic Oats ¼ Cup 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar 1/3 Cup ½ cup Coconut shredded unsweetened ½ Cup ½ cup Almonds raw and chopped Teaspoon 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds raw Tablespoon ¼ cup Walnuts raw and chopped 2 Large sheet pans 1 tbsp Chia Seeds Large spoon 1 tbsp Flax Seeds ½ cup Coconut oil organic and refined ¼ cup Organic 100% pure Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spices Spray Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pinch Himalayan pink salt PREPERATION 1) Preheat oven to 275 F 8) Bake an additional 20-35 minutes 2) Prepare two pans with Extra Virgin Olive Oil 9) Allow to cool; granola will harden as it cools 3) In large mixing bowl add all the ingredients 10) Once cool break up or leave in big chunks 4) Stir together until everything is well incorporated 11) Store in air tight container 5) Spread mixture out between two pans evenly 12) Eat and enjoy guilt free because every bite 6) Bake for 20 minutes nourishes your body 7) Remove from oven, stir, then continue baking ICE CREAM: STRAWBERRY, VANILLA, CHOCOLATE I love ice cream… like most humans. This ice cream is so easy to make your 5th grader can make it. It’s also full of antioxidants, electrolytes, trace minerals, vitamins, essential amino acids and lots of fatty acid chains that give you and your kids steady energy all day long while regulating blood sugar as well as boosting metabolism and immunological library, aiding digestive health, protecting stomach lining, reducing fatigue, reducing body weight and belly fat and a long list of other health benefits.
