Pandemic whiplash

Several artists we know are dealing with covid in their families. This stumbling into the next phase is hard. What chapter are we in or how do we feel about it? Some essentials are back in working order, others not so much. What needs attention? What do you want to return to? As difficult as it was to enter quarantine and have life screech to a halt, it was easier to shut down than to return. We all shut down together but returning isn’t the same for everyone. We’re learning to live with the past and future side by side. We live with sadness and loss mixed with possibility and initiation. What would you like to keep from this unusual time? What do you feel grateful for? What will you never take for granted again? How has your art been changed?
