StudioMojo #568 • June 25, 2022
As I put the final touches on this Mojo to make it hang right, I notice that the colors have been turned up a few notches. Eyes still acclimating. The colors help in a world that's not so bright. Focusing on the people and things closer to home calms me. I'm telling my story on Sunday's IPCA program. (If you're a member they send you a link. What? Go sign up.) There are threads that wind through our lives. Eventually, the pattern reveals itself. It's daunting to assign life events bullet points, stack them and fit them into a grand plan. In fact, every time I thought I had a grand plan, life usually taught me otherwise. Polymer threads have pushed and pulled me around the globe, into prison, through marriages, up mountains...in and out of trouble. When I gave up and invited discomfort into my comfort zone, things got easier. So hello, discomfort! Where are we headed this time? Never mind, I'll hang on.
