  • What are Spaces?

    Spaces are how you organize your content within Bublup. There are general spaces, as well as spaces catered towards specific use cases. Within spaces, you can create sub-spaces and save content.

  • General Space

    General spaces can be used to save all types of content such as links, images, pdfs, videos, notes, tasks, etc. Share these spaces with other users by inviting them to join and collaborate in your space.

  • Organization Space

    Organizations are special spaces available to Business and Enterprise plans. They are catered towards business and team collaboration. Add your company branding and organize your employees into teams. To learn more about Organizations, visit this page.

  • Community Space

    Within an Organization, you can create a Community space. Community spaces can be used to engage with a large community of users. Share resources and photo albums, start forums and chat discussions, and use the maps & directory feature to see how far your community spans. To learn more about communities, visit this page.

  • Album Space

    Album spaces are used to save and store images and videos. These spaces can be personal or privately shared with other individuals, such as family members and friends.

  • Chat Space

    Chat spaces are used for group messaging between the members of a space. They can also be accessed within the “Messages” tab.

  • Forum Space

    Forum spaces allow users to post topics for discussion, as well as comment and react on others’ posts. Admins can track analytics around your most popular posts and frequent users.

  • Feed Space

    Feeds automatically pull in links from your favorite RSS or Youtube sources, and use Bublup’s built-in AI Curator tool to summarize and curate the content. Visit this page to learn how to set up feeds.

  • Webpage Builder Space
