    This session is a full-being experience. A Journey to bring you through emotional patterns, energetic blocks, physical manifestations and intuitive connections Everything in Session is to illuminate the barriers that are blocking your heart. Whether your life is is under construction You feel stuck in the same patterns or you want to full embrace your own Healer abilities- these sessions bring forth the healing that can occur to step into your remembrance We begin by identifying the mental loops and defenses you've been operating from, the protective patterns and stories that were built to keep you safe. From there, we explore how those patterns have shaped your emotional responses, relationship dynamics, and sense of self. Then we move deeper into the body and energetic system We address where those beliefs have taken root energetically and physically. This is where things begin to shift. Where we connect the dots between mind, body, and heart. Throughout the session, we may work intuitively with tools like: Sound healing (tuning forks + crystal bowls) Crystal body grid placements Breathwork + intuitive movement Hands-on energy alignment Tarot and oracle for emotional reflection and guidance This process is not scripted, while there is a certain framework that I use, tune into to each individuals need and adjust accordingly. It's guided by your energy and what’s present in the moment. I hold space for what needs to move gently, powerfully, and without force. We move from protection into presence From pattern into clarity From shutdown into truth This is more about remembering who you are underneath the armor and learning how to return to the Heart.

    This session offers a comprehensive journey through emotional, energetic, physical, and intuitive healing to illuminate and release barriers blocking the heart. Participants will explore mental patterns, defenses, and stories that shape their emotional responses and sense of self, then delve into the body and energetic system to address where these beliefs take root physically and energetically. Techniques used may include sound healing, crystal body grid placements, breathwork, intuitive movement, energy alignment, and tarot or oracle guidance, all guided by the client’s energy and present needs. The focus is on gently shifting from protection to presence, patterns to clarity, and shutdown to truth, helping individuals remember their authentic self beneath the armor and reconnect with their heart.

    This Session has an introductory price at $65 for an hour long. This includes use of energy work, emotional healing and tools to aid in the process.
